Welcome to Mollylash. The following terms and conditions govern the use of our services and the expectations we have from our valued clients. By booking an appointment with Mollylash, you agree to these terms and conditions.

Website Usage

Acceptance: By accessing, browsing, or using our website, you agree to the terms, conditions, and disclaimers herein. We may amend these terms and conditions at any time by posting the amended terms on our website.

Website Content: While we make every effort to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the information on our website, Mollylash does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any information or images provided.

Intellectual Property: All content, including but not limited to logos, images, and text on the Mollylash website is owned by Mollylash and protected by trademark and copyright. No part of the website may be reproduced, reused, or redistributed without prior written permission from Mollylash.

Privacy: Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information on how we collect, use, and disclose your personal information.

External Links: The Mollylash website may contain links to external websites. Mollylash is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or privacy practices of these websites.

General Policies

Deposit Fee Policy: To secure your appointment, we require a non-refundable deposit. This deposit will be deducted from the total cost of your service upon completion. The deposit amount are as follows:

– Cosmetic Tattoo, Mega Volume Set, Signature Textured Volume: $100

Other Eyelash Extensions, Lash Lifts, and Brows: $40

A deposit fee will be taken at the time of booking. This deposit is applied to the total service fee.

Deposits are non-refundable but may be kept as credit for future services if cancellation or rescheduling are made 48 hours prior to appointment day.

Cancellation/Rescheduling/No Show: We require at least 48 hours notice for any changes to your appointment. Failure to provide adequate notice will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.

Repeated No-Show Policy: Clients who have missed multiple appointments will be required to pay the full service fee upfront for any future bookings. If cancellation or rescheduling is not made at least 48 hours prior to the appointment, the full service fee will be forfeited as a cancellation fee. This policy is in place to ensure fairness to our technicians and other clients, as well as to avoid wasting valuable time.

Late Arrival Policy: While we understand unforeseen delays, if you are more than 15 minutes late and haven’t informed us, your appointment may be shortened or forfeited, with applicable penalty fees.

Clean Eyes: Arrive with clean eyes and no eye makeup for lash-related services. If cleansing is needed, additional fees may apply.

Cold and Flu Symptoms: If you’re experiencing cold or flu symptoms, please notify our team ASAP. This helps us reschedule your session, ensuring everyone’s safety.

No Children Policy: To ensure a serene environment, we request you not to bring children to your appointments.

Appointment Changes: To make changes, use the “Change/Cancel Appointment” link in your confirmation email. Please refer to the 48-hour notice policy.

Outstanding Dues: All owed amounts, including penalty fees, must be settled before booking future appointments. If card details were provided, outstanding fees will be automatically charged.

 

Eyelash Extensions Specifics

Not Refilling Other Salon’s Work: New clients are required to get a full set. If removal is needed, a $20 charge will apply for every 15 minutes.

Refill Pricing: We offer tiered pricing for refills based on weeks elapsed. After 4 weeks, full set prices apply. Refill prices are valid if at least 50% of extensions remain.

Lash Health: After 4-5 refills, we advise booking a removal and full set. This ensures lash health, cleanliness, and optimal retention.

Trainee Lash Extensions Pricing: Sets completed by our trainees are offered at a heavily discounted rate, as they are still in the learning phase. Please note that the results may not be as refined as those done by senior or master technicians, and appointments may take longer. By booking with a trainee, clients acknowledge this and understand the associated risks. No complimentary fixes will be provided for trainee sets; however, we can offer fixes at a small additional cost. This is reflected in the reduced price for these services.

Free fix: We offer a complimentary fix for lash extensions if any issues are reported within 3 days of your appointment.

  • 3-Day to 2-Week Period: If an issue is reported after the 3-day period but within 2 weeks of your appointment, a lash fix appointment will incur a charge of $25 per 15-minute session.
  • After 2 Weeks: For any issues reported more than 2 weeks after your appointment, the service will be considered a standard refill and will be charged accordingly as either a 2–3 week or 3–4 week refill, depending on the time since your last appointment.

Upgrade Fee Policy

Upgrade Eligibility: We allow upgrades within the same category of lash sets. The permitted upgrades include:

  • Natural Individual Set → Glamour Individual Set
  • Natural 3-5D Set → Volume 5-6D Set
  • Volume 5-6D Set → Mega Volume Set

Please note that upgrades are only possible within these specified sets. If you wish to switch to a different set, a removal and a new set application will be required.

Upgrade Fee: There is a one-time $20 fee for upgrading your refill from a smaller to a larger set. This fee is applied in addition to the cost of the intended larger set refill.

For example, if you had a Natural Individual Set and would like to upgrade to a Glamour Individual Set, your next appointment will be charged as a Glamour Individual refill PLUS a $20 upgrade fee.

After the initial upgrade, subsequent refills for the larger set (e.g., Glamour Individual) will be charged at the regular refill price without the $20 upgrade fee.

Cosmetic Tattoo

Health Requirements: Be in good health, not pregnant, refrain from blood thinners, have normal iron level, and abstain from caffeine or alcohol 24 hours before the appointment.

Cosmetic Tattoo Brow & Eyeliner Correction: The price varies based on technique difficulty and time spent neutralising old tattoo colors. Our specialist will consult to determine the final cost.

Client Preparation and Responsibility

  • Please arrive 15 minutes early for your first appointment to settle in, fill out any forms, and make any necessary preparations.
  • All clients are expected to ensure makeup products or old strip lash glue are removed prior to Full Lash sets and Lash Refills.
  • We only fill extensions applied by Mollylash technicians, unless consulted with us prior. In most cases, a removal and a new set might be required.

Reaction to Treatments

In the rare event that a client experiences an adverse reaction to a treatment, it is imperative to:

  1. Consult with a General Practitioner (GP) or medical professional as soon as possible.
  2. Immediately remove the lash extensions upon advise by General Practitioner, if related to lash services.

Mollylash strives to ensure the safety and well-being of all our clients. However, reactions can sometimes occur due to individual sensitivities. While our team is trained to minimise risks, unforeseen reactions can still arise. In such cases, our commitment is to guide and support the affected client.

Waiting List

If your desired time slot is unavailable, you can request to be added to our waiting list. We will contact you if a slot becomes available.

Giftcard Purchase

Mollylash gift cards are valid for 3 years and any unused and expired monetary credit balance in non refundable.

Training / Eyelash Extensions Course

  1. Training date can not be rescheduled.
  2. If you cancel your course booking outside of 14 days prior to the course start date, a full refund will be issued to you. 
  3. However, if you cancel your course booking within 14 days of the course start date, you will receive only 70% of the course fee back. This retention of 30% reflects the non-refundable deposit, which is in place to secure your spot in the course and cover administrative costs associated with processing your booking. Please note that under no circumstances will the 30% non-refundable deposit be returned if cancellation occurs within 14 days of the course start date.
  4. To secure your place in the class, final payment must be received 7 business days prior to the start date. If payment is not received by this time, we regret that your booking will be cancelled and the booking fee will not be refundable.
  5. No refunds will be offered for missing a class (refer below). 
  6. Certificate will be given upon completion of case study, homework, and receipt of final payment (for payment plan).
  7. Pictures or videos may be taken during class.

Missing a Class

We understand that unforeseeable circumstances may cause you to miss a class. 
Irrespective of this, this class is designed to be comprehensive and build upon the knowledge gained from each session. Missing a single day can disrupt the flow of learning and make it challenging to keep up with the material covered in subsequent classes.

While every effort will be made to accommodate trainees who miss a class, attending another group session is not a guaranteed option and should not be relied upon as a solution, and refunds are not available.
 
If you miss a class, you should:

1. Contact your trainer as soon as you know you will be absent from the class
2. Obtain a copy of class notes from your trainer
3. Read and study the class notes
4. Attempt to do techniques taught before returning to class (if applicable)

If you would like, you can request a one on one catch up class with your trainer. This class will have an hourly fee of $150 and subject to trainer’s availability.

Case Study and Homework for Eyelash Extensions Course

After finishing the class, students are required to submit their assignments within 2 months of the final class session in order to earn their certification.
 
If the assignments are not submitted within the 2-months deadline, an additional fee of $100 will be charged for each month of extension granted to complete the assignments and earn certification.
 
Please note that this policy is in place to maintain fairness for all students who complete the course within the designated timeframe.
 

However, if you have submitted your case study work on time but do not pass, rest assured that you will have unlimited time to revise and resubmit your case study.
