What certification will I receive upon completing the course?
Upon completing our comprehensive course, you'll be awarded the Mollylash Certificate of Attainment in Classic Eyelash Extensions Beginner Course, or Volume Course.
Is the Student Kit cost included in the course fee?
Yes, the course fee covers the complete Student Kit, which costs $500RRP. It includes premium tweezers, high-quality adhesive, assorted lash extensions, a student reference book, and many more.
When, WHERE, and how long is the course?
Our Eyelash Extensions Course runs on Sundays, typically from 9 AM to 3:30 PM in Mollylash Wembley store. The duration is 2 days for the Classic Beginner Course and 3 days for the Volume Course.
How many students are in each class?
At Mollylash, we believe in focused learning. Hence, we offer private 1:1 sessions as well as small group classes to ensure personalised attention to each student.
What support can I expect post-training?
Mollylash is committed to your lash journey. We offer a long-term of ongoing support and mentorship post your training, ensuring you confidently overcome any challenges you might face in your career.
Do you provide any guidance on starting my own lash business?
Absolutely! Our course is holistic, teaching not only the artistry of lashes but also imparting crucial knowledge on how to establish, manage, and flourish in your lash business.
How do I book my seat for the course?

Can I practice on real clients during the training?
Yes, our course structure includes hands-on practice sessions on live models, ensuring you gain real-world experience before stepping out.
What is your Training refund policy?
Refund Conditions:
* If you cancel your course booking outside of 14 days prior to the course start date, a full refund will be issued to you.
* If you cancel your course booking within 14 days of the course start date, you will receive only 70% of the course fee back. This retention of 30% reflects the non-refundable deposit, which is in place to secure your spot in the course and cover administrative costs associated with processing your booking.

Refund Processing Time:
Upon receipt of your refund request, our team will promptly review it. If it meets the refund conditions, we will process the refund within 14 days.
